What is your minimum order quantity?​

Our minimum order quantity depends on the product types. For most of the products we produce, our MOQ is around 500-1.000 pcs per model.

How should we arrange the designs?

We accept designs in .ai, .pdf, and .jpg formats. If you are having troubles about your artwork, our graphic designer team will be helping you for any updates.

Which printing methods do you use?

We can produce your products with all type of printing methods you want; such as screen printing, digital printing, sublimation, heat transfer printing or embroidery.

What is the packaging options do you have?

We can use printed polybags, custom boxes or printed wrap cards for our products.

What is the leadtimes?

Your order will be ready in between 20-40 days after your confirmation. 

Samples will be ready in between 7-15 days.

How long is the shipping process?

Truck shipping takes around 7-14 days.

Air freight takes around 3-5 days.

Do you sell stock products?

We only produce custom products for our customers. We do not keep products in stock, and we never share your designs with 3rd party companies.

What is the payment terms?

According to the order quantities, we accept 50% down payment before the production starts, and remaining 50% payment before the shipping.
